Soul Bandage restores a moderate amount of health, while Soul Candy restores a small amount of Reiatsu. Both are Common consumables obtainable from Common Event Chests. Select either item in Inventory and click EQUIP to add it to your hotbar. Healing Herb and Reiatsu Vial can come from Common or Epic Event Chests.
Common Event Chests can contain all four supplies: Soul Bandage, Soul Candy, Healing Herb and Reiatsu Vial. Epic Event Chests can also contain Healing Herb and Reiatsu Vial. Complete events to earn event chests, then open them for a chance at supplies; individual items are not guaranteed in every chest.

Have Soul Bandage or Soul Candy in your Inventory first.
The small 2 and 3 on the equipped item cards in the screenshot identify hotbar positions. The separate ×1 labels show stack quantities. Use your own hotbar's assigned positions; these numbers are not fixed slots for Candy and Bandage.
EQUIP prepares the item on the hotbar; it does not consume it. For help finding menu entries or reading keybinds, see HOLLOW controls and menus.
